Continue your training this summer at our D1 Training Allen Summer Camps! We are hosting two sports training camps during 5-week periods packed with 5 STAR workouts that will take you to the next level in your sport! Train D1fferent this summer at our D1 Training Allen Summer Camps!

Allen Summer Camp Details:

  • May 24 - June 25 OR July 5 - August 6
  • Ages 10-18 years
  • Younger athletes considered under evaluation with coach
  • $250 per athlete ($50 per week)
  • For 10% off, sign up before 5/21

Football training camp

Calling all football players! Come get that edge for your upcoming football tryouts with our rigorous 5 week football training camp this summer. Not only will our summer football training camp keep you in fighting shape so you're ready for the fall, but our training program will also help you to refine and perfect your skills to ensure you stand out from the rest.

  • Zybek Timed Splits

Court sports training camp

If you a court athlete who plays basketball, volleyball, or tennis and are looking to stay sharp and improve your skills, then our court sports training camp is the perfect program for you. D1 Training Allen's court sports training camp will challenge you, hone your foundational skills, and polish your technique so you can excel in the fall tryouts.

5 week court sports training camp focused on:

  • Speed/Explosion
  • Single Leg Strength/Stability
  • Change of Direction
  • Anaerobic/Aerobic Conditioning

Soccer training camp
