D1 Training Allen is offering a variety of fun and friendly Youth Sports Camps that encourages healthy competition making D1 Training the PLACE FOR ALL ATHLETES this Summer.

Speed Camp

Come Lower Your 40-yd Dash Time by Improving your 10-yd SPlit!

Our Speed Camp is for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. This camp includes the foundational aspects of the D1 training program focused on developing overall speed and character through expert coaching.

Your athlete will work hard to improve speed and agility on our indoor turf field while also gaining the foundational aspects of lowering their 40 yd time by improving their 10 yd split. This camp will focus on improving each Athlete's:

  • Stance & Start
  • Footwork
  • Zybek Timed Splits
  • Speed & Explosion

Camp Dates: July 14th - August 6th

  • DEVO & PREP (ages 12-18): Monday & Wednesday from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Athlete COnditioning Camp

Ready to start Training for The season?

Our Athletes will be conditioned to ensure that they're ready and able to take their game to the next level while also fine tuning the the following foundational skills necessary to compete:

  • Footwork
  • Agility & Mobility
  • Quick Twitch
  • Core Conditioning
  • Speed & Explosion
  • Timed 10-yd Split

In addition to preparing our athletes to compete at a high level they will get a chance to compete in a variety of competitive games all while participating in D1's character development curriculum and athletic development programs. D1 is THE PLACE FOR THE ATHLETE and your athlete will experience it firsthand.

Camp Dates: July 13th - August 5th

  • DEVO & PREP (ages 12-18): Monday & Wednesday from 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Football Skills Training Camp

Calling all Skills Players (Wr, DB, LB, RB, TE) COme Get that edge!

The purpose of our Football Camp is to help athletes of all ages develop the necessary skills and fundamentals to compete at their respective position in the sport of football. Our individualized approach is based on proven methods developed through NFL and Division 1 Collegiate experience focused on building the following:

  • Stance & Start
  • Quick Twitch
  • Footwork
  • Speed & Explosion
  • Ball Drills
  • Position Specific Training

Focus will be placed on position-specific training/fundamentals as well as power and speed development. This individualized approach caters to the needs of each of our athletes, ensuring the maximal growth in each Camp session.

Camp Dates: July 13th - August 5th

  • DEVO & PREP (ages 12-18): Monday & Wednesday from 7:45 pm - 8:45 pm
