Goalie Performance Camp
Think solid fundamentals and clean footwork. We focus a great deal on proper, balanced footwork and how to make quick efficient decisions during game situations.
Strength and conditioning training helps to build and to maintain the power, quickness, flexibility, and endurance necessary to be a high-level goaltender. Our goal is to build athletes who are quick, explosive, agile, and strong.
This camp is designed to increase speed in your lateral mobility and fast twitch muscle fibers for quicker reaction!

- Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Each session = $120
- What to bring: Plenty of water
- What to wear: Shorts/Shirt, Sneakers
