Our D1 Hybrid Group Training Program incorporates our5-Star Training Program which is the ultimate functional training program for the Adult looking to get in the best shape of their life. This is where functional fitness meets athletic based training. This method utilizes a multifaceted training protocol that is designed to burn fat, build muscle, condition the body, and optimize performance in a safe and controlled environment.

D1 Tampa's Hybrid Group Training Package is only $49 per week and includes the following:

  • Bring the body back to center and Cool Down with Core focused exercises that build mobility, stability and structure while promoting an athletic physique
