We know that pairing up a solid nutrition plan with your workouts can yield incredible performance and physical results, which is why we are excited to provide an elite virtual Nutrition & Wellness Program.

At D1 our program is not a quick fix nor is it a diet or restriction plan. Why? Because quick fixes don’t last and we are all about the LONG-TERM SOLUTION. Does it require that you pay attention to your body and it’s needs? Yes. Does it require some discipline and planning? Of course! Is it doable for the new mom and the traveling career person? Yes! We look at the factors that you can’t change and we get creative to find ways to build healthy habits within those parameters.
