Are you one of the two-thirds of office workers who sit at their desk for six or more hours a day?

Do you suffer from tight hips, back pain and poor posture, all side effects from long days slouched over on your computer?

Well, two D1 franchises recently appeared on their local news channels, showcasing exercises that can improve these symptoms.

D1 Westchase's Coach Alanna appeared on 10 Tampa Bay and demonstrated new stretches that the hosts could use to improve their postures during the work day.

Coach Alanna recommended that you should do them everyday to help fight any tension.

Meanwhile, D1 Coralville's Coach Otto appeared on CBS 2 Iowa, showing the audience his own stresses to combat any mobility issues from sitting at your desk for too long.
