D1 Training National Challenge

For some, Labor Day was an opportunity to rest and enjoy the long weekend.

But at D1 Training, our athletes showed up ready to WORK on Labor Day, trying their best to place in the inaugural $10K National Challenge.

Were you one of the athletes deadlifting in the weightroom and slamming medicine balls on the turf?

Check out some of the competition below!

D1 Centennial Hills' athletes already have their sights set on making Week 5 their best one yet.

D1 West Nashville's athletes were speeding on treadmills, squatting weight, and hyping each other up during the tough moments.

Every week, D1 Upper Westside Atlanta's athletes come out READY for the National Challenge. Labor Day was no exception.

D1 Milton's crew showed up in numbers to work out and try to win that grand prize.

How The D1 National Challenge Works

From Aug. 4 to Sept. 14, get in the gym and attend D1's group classes. Maybe even bring in your non-member friend as well.

You can earn points by accomplishing these tasks:

• Gain 1% skeletal muscle mass: 1 point (0.5% increase would be 0.5 pts)
• Lose 1% body fat: 1 point (2% decrease would be 2 pts)
• Workout 4 times a week: 1 point per 4 classes
• Weekly Social Media Post: 1 point
• Complete Google Review: 1 point

At the end of the challenge, there will be $10,000 handed out in prizes to the top winners.

There will also be a facility winner, where the facility with the top seven scores will be given a banner to proudly display that they have the best members.
