It's The Final Week Of The D1 National Challenge, And It's Time To Finish Strong | D1 Daily

National Challenge Week 6

You've put in five weeks of hard work, lifting medicine balls and squatting your max, to try and win D1's Inaugural $10K National Challenge

Now, we're in the final week.

It all comes down to this. 

It's your final chance to post on social media, lose pounds, and gain muscle.

Let's see how our participants and D1 facilities are doing!


Liz from D1 Bryant is absolutely crushing the challenge. Check out those stats! Great progress, Liz.


D1 Murfreesboro is continuing to hype you up heading into that final week. Remember, it's #borovserrybody.


D1 Merrillville athlete Ben put in work the last week, wanting to put his D1 location on top.

How The D1 National Challenge Works

From Aug. 4 to Sept. 14, get in the gym and attend D1's group classes. Maybe even bring in your non-member friend as well. 

You can earn points by accomplishing these tasks:

• Gain 1% skeletal muscle mass: 1 point (0.5% increase would be 0.5 pts)
• Lose 1% body fat: 1 point (2% decrease would be 2 pts)
• Workout 4 times a week: 1 point per 4 classes
• Weekly Social Media Post: 1 point
• Complete Google Review: 1 point 

At the end of the challenge, there will be $10,000 handed out in prizes to the top winners. 

There will also be a facility winner, where the facility with the top seven scores will be given a banner to proudly display that they have the best members.

The final micro-challenge is sleep week, where we want YOU to focus on getting 7+ hours of sleep per night!
