Seasonal Camps for all scholastic ages (7-18 years old)! 

Our coaching team consists of former professional and collegiate level athletes and coaches in their respective sports. D1 is North Jersey's BEST IN CLASS athletic training facility modeled after the SEC Collegiate training facilities and staffed to the highest standard. 

Camps, clinics, and combines are offered on a seasonal basis. Check back regularly to see camps for the upcoming season! Spots are limited so book fast!

Obviously, I drastically changed my eating habits, but I also rediscovered my love of lifting. D1 challenges you physically and mentally. Things I thought were impossible for me, I’ve been able to accomplish because of the coaches and programming at D1. Truly cannot thank all the coaches and community at D1 upper Bergen- the coaches are all really world class, the workouts kick your ass, and if you follow the program while committing to challenge yourself, you’ll find you’re capable of far more than your ever imagined!
