D1 Community Performance Workout
Join us for a complimentary high-energy community workout designed to give you a real taste of what training at D1 feels like. This coach-led, full-body session will bring hundreds of people together for a dynamic “Five-Star” workout built around bodyweight movements, speed, agility, and conditioning.
Led by our certified performance coaches, participants will move through a structured progression of mobility, strength, and conditioning designed for all fitness levels. No equipment required. Just bring your energy and be ready to move.
This event is about more than fitness. It’s about community, connection, and training together with purpose. Expect an atmosphere that is motivating, welcoming, and fun. Whether you're an athlete, a parent, a weekend warrior, or simply looking for a new way to stay active, this is your chance to experience the D1 training environment outdoors with your community.

Register now for a D1 Training 5-Star workout followed by a coach-led, high-performance combine designed to test, measure, and improve athletic ability through intensive training stations, while providing athletes with verified results and a take-home plan to continue development beyond the event. Cost is only $10 for early registration.
