We offer children four scholastic training programs focusing on various aspects to improve agility and sportsmanship.
Does your 7–11-year-old dream of becoming a professional athlete one day? Say less. Our rookie training program in Grand Rapids helps younger age groups learn coordination and athleticism fundamentals that they can take with them forever.
Have you been working with your 12–14-year-old to improve basic movements and learn how to build muscle? With our developmental program, your child has the opportunity to incorporate movements that focus on building strength and age-appropriate weightlifting.
Designed specifically for 15–18-year-olds, our prep program is the closest to our D1 collegiate training program. Your teen will further develop and strengthen their power and flexibility, so they’re one step closer to becoming the student-athlete they’ve dreamed of.
