Excellent staff

All the coaches at D1 are amazing! Whether in group classes or personal training, they are attentive, encouraging, and make sure you use proper form. The environment is positive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone looking to train—both adults and kids.

My son has made substantial gains here lately both physically and mentally and I attribute it all to D1 and the training Coach Von has provided. We will definitely be long term clients.

D1 is a game changer. The workouts hit all the right notes. I’m getting stronger and building endurance. It’s the real deal and I’d encourage everyone else to check it out.

When I first started, I was nervous to try D1 since I have a full hip replacement. All the coaches always ask if something doesn’t feel comfortable or if I need a modification. Gave me some clarity and I love the workout! We also stretch at the end which always helps keep my hip loose. I have definitely gained more muscle definition and always feel great after the class. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

Our 11-year old son loves to come to D1 because of the coaches. They really know how to train and keep it fun for the Rookies class! Competitive and a fun learning environment for becoming an athlete!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job with the kids. Our daughter still enjoyed it even though she was exhausted after her class!!Highly recommend!!

My 13 year old son joined because he needs to work on improving speed and strength so he can compete with the high schoolers next year in football when he moves up. In just over a week he has completely changed his outlook on wanting to actually work out every day and has willingly changed his diet (he used to refuse to eat anything but junk) and he’s in such a better mood this place is great!! Can’t wait for the after pic in 4 months!!

The Rookie coaches at D1 Hendersonville (Von, Hailey, and Chris) do a great job with leading the classes and making sure that attention is paid to each kid. The programming is challenging but not too challenging. Highly recommend!

We can't say enough about Coach Von and the impact he’s had on our son over the past two years. Beyond the workouts, their dynamic is what makes all the difference. Coach Von is a true coach and mentor, always there to offer encouragement and support, even outside the facility walls. The physical progress is undeniable, our son is visibly bigger, stronger, and faster. It's been so rewarding to see that hard work pay off in his football and lacrosse games. We’re also impressed by the entire staff at D1 Hendersonville and their dedication to the student-athlete. They genuinely care about their success, knowing that a strong mind and character are just as important as a strong body. I have been at D1 Hendersonville, Tn. for almost 3 months. Coming from F45 and Crossfit. Due to Covid, Crossfit gym closed. I didn’t workout for a year.I started back into my fitness journey with F45. I was there 2 years.I knew I wanted more strength training and it’s how I found D1.It had what I needed and more. The Coach at D1 turned out to be a Crossfit Competitor. Nick Brase is an excellent Coach. In all ways possible. Professional, encouraging and he always seems to be having a great day. You can tell he enjoys coaching. His spirit and positive energy never ceases . Best. Coach.Ever. It’s a great community.

Great place to get 1:1 training! My son Ryan comes here on his breaks from TN Tech to keep his workouts going and get strength and agility training. Management team is responsive and very accommodating!! Highly recommend!

I have been consistently attending D1 training and have made significant progress. The programs structured approach, including different workout sections and proper warm-up and cool-down, has been greatly appreciated. Fun place to workout. New exercises mixed in all the time to keep it interesting. Mixing things up makes it easy to get out of bed to go workout. All the members are easy going, get along, and don't carry massive egos.
