HYROX is coming to DFW, and D1 Mansfield is your home for the ultimate race prep. Training for a HYROX alone is tough; training with a team is how you win. Join our specialized strength block designed to bridge the gap between "gym fit" and "race ready." Over the next 6 months, we will systematically build your strength endurance so those 1,000 meters of lunges and the 100lb+ sleds feel like just another day at the facility.
Who: All fitness levels—from first-timers to Pro division athletes.
The Goal: Build a bulletproof foundation before the DFW race lights go up.

8km of Willpower: The DFW Endurance Prep
HYROX is often called "The Marathon of Fitness." Are you conditioned for the distance? This class is designed to bridge the gap between strength training and race-day reality. We focus on the "suck" factor—teaching you the mental and physical pacing strategies needed to keep moving when your heart rate is redlined.
Focus: Time-under-tension, aerobic threshold training, and station-to-run transitions.
Why 6 Months Out? Because a world-class engine isn't built in a month. Start building your base at D1 Mansfield now.

Our curriculum focuses on the science of movement, ensuring you get faster while reducing the risk of injury.
- First-Step Quickness: Master the mechanics of an explosive start.
- Change of Direction: Learn to cut and pivot without losing momentum.
- Core & Balance: Improve stability for better body control under pressure.
Baseline data will be collected during the first week and measured during week four. Athletes will receive daily takeaways they will practice in future sessions at D1 Training and/or on their own.
An optional 3rd session each week may be available for a limited number of participants. MUST CALL to inquire.

Our Football Performance Camp will be led by NFL Veteran Tevin Mitchel. Coach Tevin played several years in the league, grew up in the Mansfield area, and was recently inducted into Legacy High School's Hall of Fame. The 3-day camp will be informative, engaging, and practical for ages 7-11 yrs.
Daily Breakdown
- Day 1: Speed & Linear Acceleration. Focus on sprinting mechanics and explosive starts.
- Day 2: Agility & Change of Direction. Mastering the "cut" and staying low through transitions.
- Day 3: Power & Competition. Combining all skills into high-intensity, football-specific challenges.

D1 Mansfield Birthday Parties
Come celebrate your athlete's birthday with us, learn why strength and conditioning should be part of everybody's life and have FUN!
Parties are 2 hours long and include 2 staff members to help make celebrating your athlete seamless in our facility.
We generally offer the following options for parties:
- Saturday or Sunday afternoon
- Dynamic Warmup and short age appropriate workout
- Games on the Turf - Dodgeball, Whiffle ball, Flag football, Tug-o-War
- D1 T-Shirt for birthday boy or girl
- Tables and chairs for 20-25 guests
You may bring in food and drinks or have them delivered.
$150 deposit to secure date and time; $150 final payment due 1 week prior to party.
