  • “Being able to discuss nutrition with Laura and why certain things can be good for our bodies has really started to change the way I think. I really enjoy being able to text or call Laura anytime I have a question about food labels or if I am in a bind and can't think of what to eat at restaurants. She holds me accountable for the food choices I make and I appreciate her honesty and straight forwardness towards me to create healthy habits. I am someone who needs time and patience in new situations, and I feel like Laura has given that to me while I am adjusting to my new lifestyle change. Today I am proud to say I have lost 10 pounds & I feel more confident. I am still learning about food choices and creating a balance that works for me and my lifestyle.
