D1 Training’s Homeschool Program combines fitness and education to build strength, confidence, and teamwork through structured, science-based training.

D1 Training Port Orange is proud to partner with the Port Orange Police Athletic League (PAL) to provide a 6-week youth training program designed to build stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.
This program is specifically created for PAL youth (ages 8–13) and will take place every Tuesday from 7:00–8:00 PM, beginning May 19th. Each session will deliver high-energy, coach-led training focused on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and overall athletic development, all in a fun and supportive environment.
At D1, we believe in developing more than just athletes. Through this partnership, we aim to positively impact the Port Orange community by helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and a love for movement.
This program reflects our shared mission with PAL: creating opportunities for youth to grow, stay active, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
We’re excited to bring this experience to the PAL community and can’t wait to get started.

Military Style Boot Camp (All Ages)
Coach Dylan’s Military Style Boot Camp is a high-energy training experience designed to challenge athletes of all ages through teamwork, discipline, conditioning, and mental toughness. This boot camp combines functional fitness, bodyweight exercises, speed and agility work, competitive challenges, and team-based drills inspired by military-style training.
Participants will build endurance, confidence, accountability, and resilience while pushing themselves in a motivating and fast-paced environment. Perfect for athletes looking for a fun challenge, improved conditioning, and a different style of training this summer.

Glute Gainz Protocol (Adults Only)
Coach Leslie’s Glute Gainz Protocol is a 6-week strength and hypertrophy-focused training program designed to help adults build stronger glutes, lower body strength, confidence, and overall muscle definition. This program combines intentional strength training, progressive overload, lower body development, and conditioning to help participants maximize results safely and effectively.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, improve lower body strength, enhance athletic performance, or feel stronger in everyday life, this program provides structured coaching, accountability, and high-energy training in a motivating group environment.
Athletes will focus on:
- Glute Development & Lower Body Strength
- Hypertrophy (Muscle Growth) Training
- Strength Progression
- Core Stability & Mobility
- Proper Form & Technique
- Confidence Through Strength Training

Speed Factory (Prep Only | Ages 15–18)

If you’re serious about getting faster this summer, Speed Factory is built for you. Led by Coach Diego, this advanced performance camp is designed specifically for high school athletes (ages 15–18) who want to improve acceleration, top-end speed, agility, reaction time, and overall athletic performance heading into their season.
Open to athletes of all sports, this camp focuses on real-game movement and elite-level speed mechanics to help athletes move more explosively, react quicker, and compete at a higher level. Whether you’re preparing for varsity sports, AAU, showcases, combines, or college athletics, this is the work that helps separate you from the competition.
Athletes will train through:

- Change of Direction & Agility
- Reaction Training
- Explosive Power & Conditioning

If you want to go into your season a different beast, this camp is for you.
