As an adult founding member of D1 Training in Princeton and attending classes regularly for several months I can say that the training at this gym is fantastic. We’ve really enjoyed the training experience here so far. This has been a great introduction to the world of weightlifting and functional fitness for my son. He especially enjoys the variety and challenge of the workouts. Jayden has been a great trainer for him and Khrystan is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful too. Khrystan answered all of my questions and made the onboarding process a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place for young athletes looking to build strength and conditioning.

D1 is a comprehensive training facility that has met the needs of our son and his overall development in becoming a better prepared football player. While some facilities focus on developing speed, explosiveness and mobility, D1 takes this to the next level by including Olympic-lifting and proper technique, which for our son gives him a upper hand as he starts looking for a high school to attend next year. I have included videos on how he transformed himself in two months after starting the program, as well as a video on how his 40 yard dash time has improved (May 2022 he was over 7 seconds, last year his best was 6.18 and last week he got it down to 5.4 in the 100 degree heat!). D1 has top notch trainers that keep the athletes completely engaged during their one hour sessions. Would highly recommend them!

The strength improvement I’ve seen in our son has not gone unnoticed. Not only is he having fun while training at D1 he is also actively choosing it over other activities. We see it’s enhancing the sport skills and that we are grateful for that. If you’re debating about whether or not to sign up don’t it’s worth it.

When you walk into this facility, you will see how intense the training is, but also will feel very welcoming by all of the staff members. All of these staff members push you to surpass your limits and do the best you can do every time you are there. Most definitely is 5 star training and highly recommended.

D1 is the best place for your child to train for whatever sport they're in. I brought my son Jaylen to D1 so he could get ready for the High School Basketball season. I was sold on the program from Day one when Khrystan asked him what his "Why" was. No coach ever asked my son that question. Thanks to Khrystan, Derek and Dean, Jaylen became stronger, lost a few pounds and became more agile and quicker. Thanks to D1 he made the JV Basketball team and may play a little Varsity. I can't thank D1 enough. Once Basketball season is over he'll be back to get ready for Track and Field. Thanks D1....... you're the best. -Mr. Terrence Carter
