D1 FAST - Youth Speed & Agility Camp

- Boys & Girls Ages 12-18
- July 18 – August 22 (6 weeks/sessions)
- Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Our 6-week Speed and Agility Camp is led by a collegiate track coach and will focus on enhancing linear speed and acceleration through education on proper techniques and methods for youth ages 12 to 18 regardless of sport. This program utilizes innovative drills in a fun and competitive atmosphere to build the young athlete's physical foundation, focusing the following:
- Multidirectional, acceleration and top speed techniques
- Movement and mechanics analysis
- Improving burst and first step quickness
- Agility and footwork drills
- Customized strength and conditioning program designed to optimize speed
- Progress tracking through laser timing using same system as NFL Combine (40yd dash, flying 10's, etc.)
