Summer Camps

D1 FAST - Youth Speed & Agility Camp

  • Ages 12-18
  • Tues & Thurs (1pm to 2pm)
  • July 5 – July 28 (4 weeks, 8 sessions)
  • $199 (20% discount for members)

Speed is the single most sought-after and elusive skill to achieve in any sport. Come join us to get faster this summer with D1 FAST (Fundamentals of Agility& Speed Training)! Our 4-week Speed and Agility Camp will focus on enhancing linear speed and acceleration through education on proper techniques and methods for youth ages 12 to 18 regardless of sport. This program includes the following:

  • Acceleration technique
  • Top speed technique
  • Laser timing (40yd Dash, 20m Fly etc.)
  • MPH testing/calculation
  • Movement analysis
  • Customized strength and conditioning program designed to optimize speed

  • Monday-Friday: 5:30pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10am
  • Saturday: 9am

Developmental "Devo" (ages 12 - 14)

  • Monday-Friday: 4:30pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11am
  • Saturday: 10am

Prep (ages 15 - 18)

  • Monday-Friday: 4:30pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11am
  • Saturday: 10am
