Summer Camps

Youth Speed and Agility Camp

  • Ages 12-18
  • Tues & Thurs
  • June 8 - August 12th (10 weeks, 20 sessions)
  • $399 (20% discount for members)

Our 10-week Speed and Agility Camp will focus on enhancing linear speed and acceleration through education on proper techniques and methods for youth ages 12 - 14 regardless of sport. This program includes the following.

  • Acceleration technique
  • Top speed technique
  • Laser Timing Gates recordings (40yd Dash, 20m Fly etc.)
  • MPH Testing/calculation
  • Video analysis
  • Specific Strength and Conditioning program designed to optimize speed

Girl's Strength Camp

  • Ages 12-18
  • Mon, Wed, Fri
  • June 7 - August 13th (10 weeks, 30 sessions)
  • $499 (20% discount for members)

Our 10-week Girl's Strength Camp is for female athletes ages 12 to 18 that are looking to elevate their game to the next level. Through proper technique and proven strength and conditioning methods, you will enhance the following.

  • Technique and Form on major lifts
  • Athletic performance for any sport
  • Confidence in the weight room
  • Strength, speed and coordination

This program will provide a fun, inviting, and safe experience for the female athlete to reach their full potential in their everyday lives and/or their respective sport(s).
