THANKSGIVING SPEED & AGILITY CLINIC

WHAT: This camp focuses on increasing speed, agility and vertical explosion through proper mechanics and movements designed to enhance athletic performance.

WHO: Athletes of all ages (7 & up)

WHEN: Monday, November 21 - Tuesday, November 22

TIME: 8:00am - 10:00am

WEAR: Shorts, shirt and running shoes (no cleats)

D1 BASEBALL FALL/WINTER TRAINING 2022

Train like a Pro! It is almost time for off-season training to begin. Don't miss a single workout to be prepared for your spring season. Commit to 12 weeks of intense training for your high school or middle school baseball season and be ready to stand out against your competition. Guest coaches will be announced soon. Training starts Monday, November 7th with two sessions offered:

  • Monday/Wednesday @ 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:00 PM
Only 12 spots available in each session Limited to 12 Players Per Session. Your choice: Monday/Wednesday @ 7:00 pm OR Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:00 pm COST: 12 Weeks (24 sessions) - $1,080 Training begins week of NOVEMBER 7
