SUMMER SPEED CAMP

WHAT: This camp focuses on increasing speed, agility, and vertical explosion through proper mechanics and movements designed to enhance athletic performance.

WHO: This camp is open to athletes of all ages. Members and Non-Members

WHEN: Tuesday, May 31 - Thursday, June 2

  • Rookie (ages 7-11) and Developmental (ages 12-14): 10:00 - 12:00

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING CAMP

WHAT: This camp is designed to help build muscle power through various exercises that use speed and force of different movements. Plyometric training can improve your physical performance and ability to do many different sports and activities. Athletes often use plyometrics as part of their training, but anyone can do these exercises to improve overall physical function.

WHO: This camp is open to athletes of all ages. Members and Non-Members

WHEN: Monday, June 27 - Thursday, June 30

WHAT: This is a personalized training camp for all ages that creates a foundation for all fundamental skills that are needed to thrive within the game of football.
