Our scholastic training consists of four programs that offer the foundation for speed, strength, and athleticism. Each one of our programs is designed for a specific age group, helps build character, and is driven by our core values.
The scholastic programs we offer include:
- Rookie – Designed for boys and girls ages 7 to 11, this helps create the foundation for coordination and athleticism that will follow them through their fitness and sports training.
- Development – Our development curriculum, designed for ages 12 to 14, incorporates more athletic movements and helps develop power and speed while conducting age-appropriate weightlifting.
- Prep – This D1 program is suited for ages 15-18 and helps develop power, speed, strength, and athleticism. This is like a typical Division 1 collegiate program.
- Overtime – Suited specifically for student-athletes with specific goals, this curriculum is sport and position-specific and provides semiprivate coaching and training to help you become your best.
