D1 Training Winter Garden

Bailey is the best! We have all 3 of our older kids training at D1 winter garden. Our oldest is working 1-1 with Bailey to improve strength and agility for basketball and volleyball. We have seen tremendous improvement in all our kids in the last month and cannot wait to see how far they go! Our kids are stoked when they have Coach Bailey running their class!

Took a full body lift class with Coach Billy. Great workout, music was bumping, sweat was dripping, and I couldn't thank him enough for his expertise and enthusiasm to keep pushing! Highly recommend exercising at this facility!

D1 Should be a standard for all athletes the programs they run are amazing. The staff is competent, they know what they’re doing. they encourage their students to do good and to work hard. If you want to get your athlete, the best training you can then D1 in Winter garden is the place to be!

Great place! The trainers are fantastic with all age groups. They make workouts fun while still pushing the kids to do their best. I really appreciate that they’re introducing weights at this age—it’s great to see them building strength and confidence early on. Some classes can feel a bit crowded with three different age groups at once, but the staff does a great job managing it. Overall, there’s a really positive vibe here. I hope they continue to thrive!

We love D1. The coaches are sick! While we are there to strengthen and condition, they also care about safety of my child. Constantly promoting good mechanics above all. If he gets hurt, it could mean not playing for the rest of the season. So we are chasing our goals but not at the expense of injury. Can't go wrong with a scientific-based based program that is molded to the athlete. We have over 20 hours of training in and the results are already extraordinary. A testament to the strategy. My son is already faster and stronger and more confident on the field. Take my money, please!

My son needed some extra help improving his speed and overall athletic performance, and D1 Winter Garden has been an incredible resource for him. The coaches here are not only knowledgeable but also really invested in helping him succeed. They’ve been working with him on his speed, strength, and conditioning to get him ready for the upcoming football season, The training is top-notch, and the support he’s received has been so encouraging. I can’t thank the team at D1 Winter Garden enough for helping my son build his confidence and reach his goals. Highly recommend this place!
