A D1 adult workout is an athlete-based training program that includes a mix of strength, conditioning, and athletic-based movements in a coach-led, team environment. It is not a single routine but a program that that delivers results through a Five Start workout, consisting of mobility, strength training, and conditioning to help individuals reach goals like building strength, losing weight, or improving overall fitness. D1 workouts are fun, motivating, and deliver results!!!

A D1 VIP assessment is a complimentary athletic assessments for ages 6 - 17 to help identify opportunities, set goals, and determine how best to approach training for new or prospective members. The VIP assessment is designed to give individuals a taste of the full 5-Star Training Program, which is based on a Division 1 athletic strength and conditioning program. Whether your child is an elite athlete or just dipping their toe in the water, we believe everyone should learn to train like an athlete.

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
This weeklong camp is great for new and developing athletes, with a primary focus on developing fundamental strength and movement. Our D1 Coaches will provide the following throughout the week.
- Fun and motivating environment
- Training techniques and exercises to enhance:
- Running form
- Speed
- Strength
- Plyometrics
- Inspiration about the importance of character - in sports and life
- Reporting Day 1 to Day 5 improvements and opportunities
Camp is available to purchase week to week. Kids will learn new things every day, while incorporating what they learned in the prior day(s). Each week will be slightly different, while continuing to coach the foundational training pillars, so attending multiple weeks will allow your athlete to reinforce learned actively while developing additional skill sets.

We have great coaches that can help build training programs to help your team perform better - pre-season, in-season, off-season, we train year round to develop the athlete and enhance overall player / team performance.
