This is an exciting opportunity for athletes to assess their performance across five key exercises:
- 10-Yard Sprint
- Pro Agility Test
- Vertical Jump
- Broad Jump
- Max Rep Push-Ups
Athlete testing is a crucial tool for measuring progress, identifying strengths, and uncovering areas for improvement. By evaluating key metrics such as speed, agility, strength, endurance, and mobility, athletes gain valuable insight into their fitness levels. Each participant will receive a personal testing card to track their best scores for each movement.
