Recovery
Recovery

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Start from Thursday, Jan 22 2026 to Sunday, Dec 31 2028

In the most recent studies in Exercise Science, the importance of maintaining healthy functioning Fascia tissue is at an all-time high. Fascia is the soft-tissue component of the connective tissue system that permeates the entire body as a three-dimensional matrix of structural support. When left untreated, this connective tissue can create a problematic state that can directly affect the body’s shape, movement, and force transmission. These ailments manifest as cellulite, muscle imbalances, immobile joints, and movement compensation patterns. Our class is solely focused on identifying and treating overused and/or damaged fascia tissue and expediting its regeneration and strengthening. We will utilize Self-myofascial Release tools such as lacrosse balls and foam rollers, using proven methodologies practiced by the highest-caliber athletes to elicit optimal connective tissue adaptations. This is a group class for groups of 8 to 24 people, priced on a tiered system based on class size. No longer do you have to live with chronic joint and muscle pain or a limited range of motion. Sign up and learn how to maintain your body and increase the longevity of your connective tissue and overall well-being.

Speed Camp
Speed Camp

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM

Start from Monday, Jul 13 2026 to Friday, Jul 31 2026

Our Speed Camp is a 3-week training program that is designed to help athletes develop the proper techniques and mechanics necessary to perform at their best. The camp specifically emphasizes positioning and execution during the acceleration phase and provides athletes with the tools required to continue improving. After athletes gain a solid understanding of sprinting mechanics, they will be introduced to strength and conditioning practices that complement speed and explosive movement through bodyweight and plyometric exercises. Finally, camp will conclude with a power- and velocity-focused weight-training session that includes foundational skills all athletes need to train efficiently and safely in the weight room. If you’re an athlete who needs to be quick and powerful, this is the camp for you.

Jessica J.

Ex-High School Athlete, 27

"The structured programming gave me a clear path forward. Coaches didn't just tell me what to do, they showed me how to do it right with guidance on form, weight, and consistency. That accountability made all the difference."

Addison E.

Parent of Soccer Player

"D1 isn't just helping him become a better athlete. It is showing him that with hard work and heart he can hang with the big kids and hold his own. We are so proud of the progress he's made and we're grateful to D1 for believing in him from day one."

Jorge L.

Business Owner and High School Coach, 48

"Coming off 2 achilles surgeries in 1.5 years, I was overweight, unmotivated, and depressed. D1 has been the perfect fit and has helped me find my motivation to workout again. It's improved my fitness, my physical appearance, morale, and overall mental health."

Brian W.

Ex-High School Football Player

"It brings back the nostalgic feel of the high school weight room with all of your teammates hyping you up. The coaches are phenomenal at their jobs and keeping everyone safe and having fun."

Sharon F.

46-Year-Old Mom of 2

I am 46 and the strongest I have ever been by being consistent at D1. It has given me the confidence that I have needed from getting off track in my life after having two children. The feeling you get when you reach a goal can't be beat! Plus, I love that my kids are able to see me workout and can workout there too.

Sophia R.

Parent of High School Athlete

"Every day, training makes my daughter's performance in her sport stronger. Since it's volleyball, the difference in her performance has been noticeable since she started training with D1.”

Mike S.

Ex-Track Athlete, 28

"It's pretty masterful. Workouts are filled with positive energy in which everybody encourages one another making it truly feel like a fitness family. Initially, I was hesitant to sign up. Now, my only regret is not signing up sooner!"

Sam E.

58-Year-Old Father of 3

"I was tired of feeling mentally exhausted and in pain from being out of shape. I made the investment and haven't looked back. I am mentally stronger than ever, have new muscle definition, and my back pain is mostly gone from strengthening my core! D1 and the coaches have contributed to improving my quality of life.
