Celebrate your next birthday or special occasion with D1 Spring Hill and take your celebration experience to the next level. 

All parties are customized to make the celebration a one-of-a-kind experience. Experienced coaches will lead all participants through a short workout which introduces participants to our athletic based training, including:

  • Relay Races
  • Obstacle Courses

    You name it, we can make it happen!

Celebrate in a fun, physically engaging, and high-energy environment! Booking a birthday party or special occasion at D1 Spring Hill allows you to leave the planning and fun to us. We’ll handle the setup and cleanup so that you can focus on celebrating. Enjoy your company, relax, enjoy food/drinks with your guests OR join in on the fun too.

If you live in Spring Hill (or visit this area) and are looking for a sparkling clean, well equipped fitness facility, fair pricing with an outstanding staff of professional personal trainers and a wonderful assortment of class times, you won’t be disappointed at D1 Training.
