Amazing workout! Coach Dee was so encouraging and knowledgeable; she explained each exercise clearly and made sure I had proper form. I really appreciated her spotting on the heavy squats and all the stretching throughout the session. Awesome workout, I’ll definitely be back!

We have been training at D1 (adult program) since it opened. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and the facility has everything you need. The programming has met our needs, and the coaches are amenable to feedback and request it regularly. Additionally, they are doing a great deal to promote the community which is important to us.

Fantastic place to be a part of. Every member, no matter their age, is here working towards a goal and this location has quickly become a small family/support group to hit those goals and cheer on others reaching theirs. Great location and equipment, Coaches are knowledgeable, workout plans are not boring and repetitive - its a perfect formula for success!

D1 provides absolutely amazing training for our local community! Ben and Darcy Milsom are wonderful owners and care about the community and their staff. The coaches and staff truly go above and beyond—not only helping athletes and individuals improve their performance, but also investing in their long-term success. It’s clear how much they care about building confidence, discipline, and strength both on and off the field. Their passion for developing the next generation and commitment to the future of our community sets them apart. Couldn’t recommend D1 more highly!

D1 has been amazing for my daughter. She’s so excited everyday to work with the coaches and become a better athlete and person!

Love it here !!! Every coach is amazing and works so well with the kids. Alanna is a rockstar and really keeps everything top of the line. Appreciate this location so much.
