Vice President of Franchise Development

Jule Bauer is a top-producing business consultant who joined the D1 Team in 2022 as Director of Franchise Development. Her new role as VP is a reflection of her hard work, exceptional results, and cultural fit into the D1 team. Julie earned her BS from Towson University and brings extensive business consulting experience to D1 Training. 

She is passionate about mentoring young athletes through fitness and sports and helping people reach their professional goals through franchise ownership. 

Julie currently lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
