Our workout classes are 60 minutes with the same 5-Star Training format. Includes total both strength training and conditioning, plus a stretch at the end.

No matter your experience level, our team is right for you! In your first workout class, we will do an assessment and evaluation to determine if you are cleared for team workouts or not. The goal of the screen is to put you in the best workout program that's safest for your fitness level. If you're cleared, you get full-access to our suite of workout classes. If you're not cleared, we strongly encourage you to get traction to your training with our intro-pack.
