Description: Designed for youth athletes ages 7–14, this high-energy camp focuses on building fundamental athletic movement in a fun and challenging environment. Young athletes will learn how to move with purpose, improve balance, and develop strong coordination that will carry into any sport they play.
What we’ll cover during the 3-day camp:
- Sprint technique & mechanics
