“My son John began D1 DEVO training in May 2022. His athletic development was at elementary level when starting D1. John went consistantly through the summer months and the D1 trainers provided a wide variety of exercise and challenging training. The methods used were creative, purposeful, and most important worked. John is entering high school and made the JV Football team. Never played tackle football before and is excited and enthusiastic about being part of the team. D1 trainers Conner, Bill, Taylor, and Adam helped develop my son's coordination, built strength, and gave him confidence to try out for a sport he had only watched.
