Our Scholastic Training Programs

Rookie

Designed to create a strong foundation for coordination, Rookies ages 7-11 will focus on gaining athleticism. Getting active starts young, and learning athletic discipline early on will build character faster.

Developmental

The ages of 12-14 are critical for building power, where students can begin weightlifting and incorporating more athletic movements. We’ll pay particular attention to expanding the functional movement profile while training for injury prevention and developing balance.

Prep

Like a Division 1 collegiate program, Prep is the stage for developing and combining power, speed, and strength in ages 15-18. Advanced conditioning, optimal mobility, and high-level plyometrics are key components here.

Overtime

For students with goals unique to a sport or position, this program offers semi-private training that will bring your dedication to the next level.
