“Yesterday my son and I were driving home from a baseball lesson and passed D1 and he said, " There is D1, the best place on earth" and I thought to myself for a kid to reference a facility in the same way Disney is referenced, then they totally deserve some acknowledgement. My son has been personal training at D1 as well as taking the group classes since December. He absolutely loves coming here to train and workout. He primarily works with Coach Casey and for all the years my son has been playing sports, he is hands down the best coach we have ever had. He genuinely cares for everyone he works with, he has a huge heart, he makes sure he watches intently to make sure the kids are safe and doing the instruction correctly to prevent injury. Overall he is just a great person and has become a positive influence on my son's life and lifestyle choices. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done in such a short amount of time. Just because I can brag on Coach Casey because I know him best, doesn't take away from the value and expertise from the other coaches. My son has plenty of great things to say about Coach Jayson and Coach Mariah as well. I would also like to give a shout out to Raphael - he works mornings. My son forgot his shoes the previous night and when I went to get them, Raphael was so nice and left me with such a smile on my face that just set my mood to just have a great day. I appreciated that so much. Lastly, I would like to recognize Paul, one of the owners. He always has a smile on his face ready to greet you and he is so great to work with. He has great communication and eases any and all concerns. I could keep going, but with all that being said, if you are thinking about trying out D1, you won't be disappointed! Give it a shot! “From my sons 1st day here the experience has been top notch. I’ve been sending my son (13yrs old) here for 1.5yrs now and have seen tremendous growth. The coaches here are some of the best I’ve seen. We’ve been to many places like this for group training, but D1 does not skip or shy away from quality training. I’ve always struggled with group training due to coaches only being able to pay attention to a certain amount of kids at a time. That’s not how it is here. These coaches make sure every athlete is giving their all. There’s no hiding in these classes lol. Whatever you or your athletes needs are, D1 has a program for you.
