“Just wanted to say that our son started training here a few months ago. My son went to a football camp and while watching him do his drills I noticed ( so did the coaching staff as they gathered around and made contact with him after the camp) at the camp that his moves were much more crisp his speed was noticeably better. I give credit to my son’s commitment and giving 100% effort to the professional training he is receiving at D1. VERY SATISFIED with his training. We used a private trainer last year and D1 has been a much better investment. I would recommend that if you have a child that is giving a 100% and willing to put in the effort it takes to a sport to consider looking into this facility in Louisville TN .
