Conditioning the Body Strengthens the Mind

Do you have a young student-athlete in your family who is interested in a future in sports? Or does your child or teenager have self-esteem issues? Engaging in scholastic training exercises with D1 Training Lakewood Ranch can help!

We have created a series of scholastic training programs that provide children and teenagers a safe, supervised sports training facility. The combination of exercises and motivation helps your child develop character and self-confidence, while also getting physically stronger, of course.

Take a look at the scholastic training programs we offer in Lakewood Ranch:

  • Rookie (Ages 7 to 11): Your child will be introduced to the basic elements of exercise beyond simply playing to encourage coordination and athleticism.
  • Developmental (Ages 12 to 14): Your teen will get the chance to begin weight-training, as well as put more focus on fitness training methods that benefits athletes in specific sports.
  • Prep (Ages 15 to 18): Your teen will workout in a program very much like a Division 1 collegiate program, further enhancing their strength, speed, agility, and focus.
  • Overtime (Ages vary): Student-athletes of any age can use the Overtime program to access semi-private coaching. This scholastic training program is recommended for any student-athlete who wants a future career in sports, a sports scholarship, or a chance to play competitively.
