WHO WE ARE

D1 Training is a results-driven athletic training facility backed by sports science. We specialize in small-group and one-on-one training for student-athletes, offering structured programs led by certified professionals. Our programs are designed to enhance strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance for youth of all levels, including homeschool students.

SERVICES OFFERED

1. Personal Training Packages

  • Description: Private, one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual goals, including strength development, conditioning, sport-specific training, or injury prevention.
  • Session Length: 60 minutes
  • Pricing:

36 Private Training Sessions $3600

This package provides 36 individualized Private Training (PT) sessions tailored to meet each student’s athletic and fitness goals. Sessions are grounded in exercise science and structured to develop strength, coordination, and sport-specific skills. Students engage in functional movement training while applying core academic concepts:

  • Math: Counting reps, measuring rest intervals, and tracking progress using data logs
  • Science: Learning muscle groups, energy systems, and biomechanics
  • Executive Functioning: Setting goals, building routines, and evaluating performance. Each session includes detailed instruction and active learning, providing students with a hands-on opportunity to connect academics to physical health.

24 Private Training Sessions $2640

With 24 personalized training sessions, this bundle balances deep learning and flexibility. Students develop physically through age-appropriate strength, mobility, and sport-specific training while also exploring the “why” behind the movements. They will learn about:

  • How muscle and joint systems work together
  • Heart rate monitoring and its connection to cardiovascular health
  • How to assess improvement using progress charts and testing This program reinforces foundational math, science, and communication skills while promoting physical confidence.

12 Private Training Sessions $1440

An excellent introduction to personalized fitness education, this 12-session bundle helps students build foundational knowledge and develop physical habits. Using guided coaching, students are introduced to concepts like:

  • Safe movement patterns and body awareness
  • Basic anatomy and how muscles work
  • Using repetition, rhythm, and rep-counting to develop consistency This is ideal for families looking for a short-term investment in structured physical learning.

2. School Year Unlimited Group Classes

Description: This discounted full-year program includes both fall and spring semesters of unlimited group fitness classes. It offers consistent physical education, social interaction, and academic enrichment throughout the school year. Key benefits include:

  • Exposure to movement science, math through physical tracking, and social-emotional learning

3. Fall Semester Unlimited Group Classes

Description: This semester-based program provides unlimited access to group fitness classes designed specifically for homeschool students. Sessions include:

  • Group warm-ups, games, and structured workouts using evidence-based training principles
  • A social learning environment where students build communication, teamwork, and leadership
  • Educational integration through guided discussions on nutrition, the muscular system, and healthy habits Classes are taught by certified coaches with a passion for education, ensuring each student grows both physically and socially.

4. Spring Semester Unlimited Group Classes

Description: The spring semester offers continued access to our homeschool fitness community. Students explore new physical challenges as they apply the skills and knowledge from the fall semester—or start fresh with a focus on whole-body wellness. This program emphasizes:

  • Application of anatomy, exercise safety, and personal accountability
  • Opportunities for group collaboration, communication, and character-building Classes are varied and progressive, promoting lifelong movement literacy.

5. Performance Training Bundles (Best Value)

Description: Bundled packages that combine one-on-one personal training with unlimited group classes for maximum progress and flexibility. Pricing (billed weekly):

1 PT Session per Week + Unlimited Group Classes ($110/week)

Students receive one individualized training session per week and full access to group fitness classes. The private sessions focus on personal growth, movement education, and long-term goal setting. Each week includes:

  • One-on-one instruction based on sport or fitness goals
  • Science-based lessons in muscle mechanics, form, and body awareness
  • Group class interaction for building social confidence and teamwork

2 PT Sessions per Week + Unlimited Group Classes ($200/week)

Ideal for students seeking a balance between personal instruction and group engagement, this package includes two weekly PT sessions and unlimited homeschool fitness classes.

  • Individual sessions focus on advanced skill development, physical literacy, and consistent progress tracking
  • Students apply math and science through rep counts, anatomy discussions, and heart rate awareness

3 PT Sessions per Week + Unlimited Group Classes ($270/week)

Our most comprehensive offering for homeschool students combines three weekly PT sessions with unlimited group fitness access. This option is perfect for highly motivated students or those pursuing competitive athletics.

6. D1onCampus – Homeschool Co-Op Fitness Classes

Description: D1onCampus brings the D1 experience directly to your homeschool community. Our certified coaches travel to your homeschool co-op location to deliver high-energy, educational group fitness sessions designed to build strength, coordination, and teamwork among students of all levels.

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • A dynamic warm-up and structured workout based on age-appropriate training principles
  • Lessons on anatomy, muscle function, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Interactive games and fitness challenges that promote communication and collaboration
  • Real-time math and science integration through tracking reps, heart rate, and progress

This program transforms physical education into an on-site, hands-on learning experience, combining fun, fitness, and academic enrichment in a supportive group environment.

Pricing: $150 per session (at homeschool co-op location)

D1onCampus is ideal for homeschool co-ops looking to fulfill PE requirements while building community and promoting wellness.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSING

All training services at D1 Training are delivered by certified professionals who meet or exceed the following standards:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) – NASM
  • Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – for our Head Coach
  • CPR/AED Certification – Required for all staff
  • Background Checks – Cleared for working with minors
  • Additionally, D1 Training adheres to safety protocols, maintains general liability insurance, and complies with all local and state fitness facility regulations.
