INTRO TO WEIGHTLIFTING CAMP

  • Building Blocks of Weight Training with Proper Form and Technique
  • Teaching the progression to the "Big Lifts" (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Power Clean, Pullups)
  • Injury Prevention!!
  • Power Production For Speed, Jumping ability, and Effective Change of Direction.

Camp 1: June 27 – July1

Camp 2: July 18 – July 22
