Summer Programs

Golf Clinic

Get your game back in shape by improving the mobility in your ribcage, hip, and pelvis, as well as pelvic and thoracic rotation, stability, and balance. Come learn the correct way to train to elevate your game!

3-Day Powerlifting Clinic

This course teaches you the mechanics, variations, limitations, corrections, core-activation techniques, and supplemental exercises for each of the three power lifts. One session each dedicated to squats, bench press and deadlifts.

Dates:

  • June 26th Squat
  • June 27th Bench Press
  • June 28th Deadlift

  • Time: 6:30 - 8pm
  • Age: High School and up

3-Day Linear Speed Camp

Come join us to learn correct running form, better acceleration, top-end speed, plyometrics for improved agility and overall full body power. Appropriate for any athlete in any sport!

Vertical Jump Clinic

Vertical jumping is largely a function of strength. The stronger your legs, hip and core muscles, the more power you will be able to generate when you jump. Equally important are your stability, mobility, and elasticity. Join us to learn all of these for both unilateral and bilateral landing and jumping.
