PROGRAM DETaILS:

Rookie:

For our youngest athletes, ages 7-11, we offer our Rookie program. This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while also building confidence and self-esteem. We’ll teach youth about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment.

Devo:

This D1 Training curriculum is designed for ages 12-14 and involves more athletic movement, emphasizing power, speed, and strength using age-appropriate weightlifting. This program expands on the character development of our Rookie program and informs athletes about healthy lifestyles.

Prep:

This curriculum is designed for ages 15-18 and develops high-level power, speed, and strength through lifts and speed and agility programming. Our Prep program mirrors a Division 1 collegiate program.

What Our Athletes Are Saying

  • “The trainers are patient and encouraging. They will guide you through the whole course and are good at it too. If you have trouble on how to do a certain exercise they will help guide and teach you on how to do it correctly without rushing you or criticizing. D1 is just a really good community over all.” - Ethan Perez
