D1 is introducing week long Rookie Summer Camps on the following dates: June 24th - 28th, July 8th - 12th, & July 22nd - 26th from 12:30pm-3:30pm with Coach Alex!
Each session will focus on movement patterns and mechanics, speed, agility,
strength and conditioning in a fun and engaging environment.

Speed and Agility Camp
Looking to help your athlete edge out the competition and take their game to the next level? D1 Fairport will be hosting an 5 - Week Speed and Agility Camp for Athletes looking to run away from the competition!
D1 will be hosting Spring Break Speed and Agility Camp: Monday, June 24th - Friday, July 26th from 10:00am-11:15am.
Coach Alex is D1 Fairport's Speed and Agility EXPERT. A former Division 3 football and track athlete, Alex has been training high level athletes from all sports and is currently coaching HS Outdoor Track.
During the hour and fifteen minute sessions athletes will work on proper running mechanics, power and force production, coordination, lower body strength, mobility and agility drills and more.........
Using our state-of-the-art equipment and expert coaching, athletes will be tested at the beginning and end of camp using our DASHR Timing Equipment to see their speed and agility improvement, force production, imbalances in leg strength/power for our coaches to correct, and overall lower-body strength.
