Scholastic Training Programs

Since fitness services are not a simple one-size-fits-all, we break our scholastic training into several programs for the youth of all ages to get the specific fitness training to help them improve their game and reach their full potential.

Some of the programs we offer in Hoover include:

  • Rookie – Designed for the athletic development of youth between the age of 7 and 11, our Rookie program lays a strong foundation for coordination, work ethic, and a long-term healthy lifestyle.
  • Development – During our Development program, students between 12 and 14 learn new skills like strength and weight training. We also build on the previous foundations while learning how and why to prevent injuries while working out.
  • Prep – For students between 15 and 18, this program is based around our Division 1 Collegiate training programs. We continue to build on basic fitness and performance skills, while also introducing strength, mobility, advanced conditioning training.
  • Overtime – If your student has a specific fitness goal they are looking to achieve, this may be the program for them. Each syllabus is designed to focus on the unique sport and team position that the student wants to focus on. Private training and coaching are also introduced in this program.
