D1-on-1: it’s Personal…Training!

A unique program for a unique person – you.

Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, level of fitness, a specific skill or overall athleticism, D1 Training in Middletown is the place to be. Our Coaches are educated, experienced & certified to work with you on the exact program that you need to reach your goals.

  • Haven’t worked out in quite some time and know that it’s time to get back in shape – we have a program for that.
  • Training for a special event in the near future – we can get you ready.
  • Looking to enhance your on-field skills/athleticism – we have a coach for you.

Our Middletown coaches have worked with individuals of all ages & capability as well as athletes across most sports. We have trained busy professionals with limited time for the “gym”, former athletes who stopped working out for a few years to raise a family, and even a retiree for an Iron Man Event. To list a few, we have trained athletes who play Golf, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, run Track and Swim competitively.

We take a holistic approach to your fitness and are there when you need us. We address your nutrition, test you regularly for progress and can be reached 24x7 to answer your questions and/or provide some guidance. Going on vacation? No problem as we can provide you with your workouts via our Train Heroic App – and modify them to match the equipment available to you - so that you can continue to exercise and stay on track. At D1 Training our goal is simple – to help you reach the goals we’ve all agreed to.

Our Coaching staff includes individuals who have competed in various sports – including at the D1 level – but also took the time to get educated on how the body works, how it responds to exercise, exertion, diet and, most importantly, focus on proper technique & injury prevention. They are dedicated to their profession as well as you and have been known to show up on “game day” to assist and/or just watch.

D1 Overtime: Semi-Private Training

Customized Training for a few.

Sometimes it is difficult to get the whole team together for training. Maybe distance makes it impossible or some of your teammates don’t see the benefit and/or just won’t make the time. Maybe you don’t won’t to work out in a larger class but need the motivation of a “couple of friends” who want to address similar concerns regarding their level of fitness and overall health? D1 Overtime will create a program that serves these needs.

We have worked with Athletes and small groups who want to improve:

  • Running technique
  • Acceleration & overall speed
  • Upper or lower body strength
  • Stamina
  • Agility & balance

With D1 Overtime you get the benefits of personal training – unique programming & focused attention from our Coach – at a significant discount on personal training.

We can program for as little as two and up to five people who share common goals whether they be on or off the field. You will get most of the benefits of personal training at a reduced cost by training with teammates or friends.

Not part of a team but still interested in D1 Overtime? We have a reserved number of slots on our calendar for these sessions. Get paired-up with up to 1 to 3 additional members and get customized training for about half of what 1:1 training would cost. Call the facility for dates & times that these sessions are offered.
