Looking for an off-season training program that will help your team reach its full potential? At D1 Middletown, we offer customized team training that focuses on the skills you want to see improve and/or enhance those that already provide you with a competitive edge. We realize that the best athletes know that there is no such thing as an “off-season” - rather, it’s the time of the year you invest in the skills necessary to make you better at whatever sport you play. The fundamentals are key – from proper running technique, acceleration & top speed to stamina, strength & physicality – they all complement your sport specific training.

At D1, our Coaches are experienced at working in this environment. Current & former athletes themselves, they have worked with teams across all sports, at all levels, and know what goes into building a winning team – a big part of which is staying & training together, as a team, through the off-season.

Sport teams throughout Middletown, Holmdel, Hazlet, Union Beach, Matawan and Old Bridge have come to us for this training and have seen the results.

The goal here is simple – to ensure athletes have enough fortitude, endurance, and energy to play hard every time they step onto the field or court. In addition to the athletes on our staff, we have access to current and former professional athletes who are highly regarded for their skill-specific training.

Whether we train in our spacious, well-equipped facility or out on the field or court, we will deliver performance! We can train teams with as few as 6 athletes to as many as you have on the roster and do so with a better than 18:1 ratio of Athletes to Coaches.

Don’t have a full team? We offer personal training (D1 on 1) and semi-private training (D1 Overtime) that offer all the benefits listed above but within a more focused, unique (written just for you) program. We have helped individuals & small teams “enhance their game” across many sports including, but not limited to, Golf, Volleyball, Soccer, Football, Baseball, Softball, Hockey & Track.
