  • “OMG! At first I wasn't too sure about doing what I felt was an extreme workout, the first day I wanted to die and quit, but the coaches encouraged me to continue and never give up. I can say every class I've taken since I've started two weeks ago, has been amazing. Coach Jay and Ryan are usually are my instructors, those two going to make sure they extract your full potential out of you every workout activity and class. Coach Clarence is amazing as well, always offering advice, making sure I'm on the right track, never fails to answer any question I may have. Coach Christian is awesome too. I haven't had the chance to work with him for a class, but he's always there to root us on, and make sure we are well taken care of. Never fails to help us in areas we may struggle with the most. I love the environment and how it’s a no judgement zone.”

  • “I was given an opportunity to participate in a challenge from 12/13/21-01/10/22. Yes through the holidays.! I agreed to challenge myself and try it out. Never thought I would lose weight or reach a goal weight. D1 handed me a meal plan suitable to my weight. Also offered me a list of supplements to purchase that would help me through the challenge, needless to say I purchased the supplements. As 12/13 approached I cooked my first week of meal prep, went great. Second week meal prep went well, even ate my meal prep for Christmas. It was a little hard in the second week, especially through Christmas. By the 2nd week I lost almost 7lbs. couldn’t believe what I was seeing because I didn’t have much confidence in my self control and will power. D1 kept pushing and helping me through this on a daily basis. As I approached the final week of meal prep and final weigh in I lost a total of 12 lbs. This challenge has taught me what food groups I need and how to portion the food out. Before this challenge I thought I was eating good and would get so frustrated that I was gaining weight. You do have to put the work in with the right foods, portions and exercise. D1 is there to help in understanding what we put in our bodies in leading to a healthier life. Thank you Blake and D1 for the encouragement, accountability, confidence in my healthier me.”
