Performance Camp

This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while also building confidence and self-esteem. We’ll teach youth about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment. Developing motor skills and movement patterns. Throughout the week our young athletes will establish coordination and balance, age-appropriate strength and resistance training fundamentals, speed, agility, and conditioning foundations.

  • Ages 7- 13
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Each Session = $299
  • What to bring: Plenty of water, lunch and a light snack
  • What to wear: Shorts/shirt, sneakers
