Softball/Baseball Performance Camp
This camp includes baseball/softball-specific training. SPEED and POWER are both functions of strength; the more force you can put into the ground (STRENGTH), the faster you will be able to move. Specifically in baseball and softball, athletes must remain well-balanced in order to stay healthy throughout a long season that requires repetitive motion in one plane.
Your training will cover speed, power, durability, mobility, balance/stability training. The emphasis on core strength, shoulder mobility and the ability to accept huge anti-rotational loads on the body are key to staying healthy and optimizing play. We even offer softball and baseball offseason workout!

- Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Each session = $120
- What to bring: Plenty of water
- What to wear: Shorts/shirt, Sneakers
