Scholastic Training in Rogers

The best ones work for what they have – that’s why we see such great success from athletes. They commit to daily improvements, healthy eating, and regularly get to an athletic training facility. If you’re looking to level up your athletic capabilities, you’ve found the right place. At D1 Training Rogers, we help students and professionals alike to meet specific goals and promote overall strength. Our scholastic training programs start as young as 7 because we understand the importance of starting early and seeing your commitments through.

Depending on age, your student-athlete can join one of our scholastic training programs:

  • Rookie: Perfect for children ranging from 7 to 11 Rookies build the foundation for coordination and athleticism.
  • Developmental: Between the ages of 12 and 14 is a good time to start focusing on gaining power through age-appropriate weightlifting.
  • Prep: Think of a D1 collegiate program, that’s what our Prep program is like. Students ranging from 15 to 18 years work on advanced conditioning and finding optimal mobility.
  • Overtime: Whether your student has a specific goal in mind or wants to focus on one sport, Overtime is the program to join or semi-private training.

Our professional trainers use science to create workouts that provide maximum results. Periodization allows you to improve week after week to avoid plateauing. And we create a sense of community, where everyone uplifts one another, so no one is left behind. But you don’t need to take our word for it. Check out some of these recent testimonials to see what members of the team say. Plus, you’re welcome to give us a try for free to see if it’s the right fit for your lifestyle.

Helping the Rogers athletes improve is what we do. Are you eager to join the journey? Call (501) 382-8906 or reach out online to learn more about our scholastic training!

What Our Athletes Are Saying

  • “There are a lot of heart issues in our family and I’m prone to that. I want to live a long life and live it, not just show up. I only needed one workout to know that D1 is where I wanted to be.” - Scott Holiday
  • “What motivates me to work out is my drive for a volleyball scholarship. When I came to D1, I learned the right way to lift weights, got more muscle and began to develop an athlete’s body. D1 is serious about their athletes. They help you and work with you so that you train the right way.” - Alessandra Kennedy
  • “The great thing about D1 is that there are different exercises every day, working a different part of my body. I don’t get bored. Even though I’m not an outstanding athlete, I feel like an athlete when I am here. Both my sons are into sports, my husband utilizes the personal training, so we all love coming here. It has made such a difference for us.” - Amy Long
