Depending on age, your student-athlete can join one of our scholastic training programs:
- Rookie: Perfect for children ranging from 7 to 11 Rookies build the foundation for coordination and athleticism.
- Developmental: Between the ages of 12 and 14 is a good time to start focusing on gaining power through age-appropriate weightlifting.
- Prep: Think of a D1 collegiate program, that’s what our Prep program is like. Students ranging from 15 to 18 years work on advanced conditioning and finding optimal mobility.
- Overtime: Whether your student has a specific goal in mind or wants to focus on one sport, Overtime is the program to join or semi-private training.
