Women's Self Defense Workshop

We had an incredible turnout for the community women's self-defense workshop. Kellan Jenkins came to instruct women from all over the valley how to protect themselves. We had many community partners that came together to provide this event at no-cost. Kellan Jenkin's brought a number of martial artists to assist the women, all with varying levels of experience. Real Prep Meal Prep provided free samples of healthy/clean food. Fit 4 Life Desserts provided free samples of healthy and high protein desserts. We cannot wait to host another event that helps keep Las Vegas and Henderson women safe!
